Former Executive Chairman, Youbet.com, Inc. Michael Brodsky became Executive Chairman of Youbet in June 2009 following a long-planned transition from his position as Youbet's President and Chief Executive Officer, titles he held since April 2008.
As Youbet's Executive Chairman, Michael has been focused on corporate development, investor relations, strategic initiatives and legislative affairs and has been directly involved in representing Youbet's interests concerning legislation introduced in Congress to legalize and regulate online gambling in the U.S.

Prior to assuming his post as President and CEO, Michael served as a Youbet director and ultimately Chairman of the Board. He joined Youbet from New World Opportunity Partners, where he had been a Managing Partner since June 2005. Previously Michael was the Chief Financial Officer of The Away Network, an online travel media company where he worked from 1999 until 2005.
