Churchill Downs Incorporated Board of Directors Increases Annual Dividend for Shareholders
Dividend increases 15 percent to $1.00 per share of CDI’s common stock
 
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 28, 2014) - Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI or the Company) (NASDAQ: CHDN), announced today an annual dividend of $1.00 per outstanding share, a 15 percent increase over prior year, on CDI's common stock, payable Jan. 7, 2015, to shareholders of record on Dec. 5, 2014.

CDI Chief Executive Officer Bill Carstanjen said, “This is the fourth consecutive year the Company has increased the dividend and now has doubled the dividend rate from 2011. The board of directors voted to increase this year's annual dividend payment to $1.00 per share of common stock based on the Company's year-to-date performance. We appreciate the investment of our shareholders and are pleased to be in a position to increase cash returns to them.”
