When you think of Churchill Downs Incorporated (“CDI”), you immediately think of the "Greatest Two Minutes in Sports," the Kentucky Derby. However, as your read through this Investor Relations section, you’ll discover that CDI is a diversified growth company built around three core businesses.

Our Racing operations consist of six wholly-owned racetracks: Arlington Park in Arlington Heights, IL.; Calder Race Course in Miami Gardens, FL.; Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, LA.; Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA; Ocean Downs Casino in Berlin, MD; and Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, Ky., home of the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.

Our Gaming operations consist of eight properties with approximately 9,500 gaming positions in seven states:  Harlow's Casino Resort & Spa in Greenville, MS.; Riverwalk Casino Hotel in Vicksburg, MS., Calder Casino in Miami Gardens, FL.; Fair Grounds Slots and 12 off-track-betting establishments in New Orleans, LA.; Oxford Casino in Oxford, ME; Presque Isle Downs in Erie, PA; Ocean Downs in Berlin, MD; and Miami Valley Gaming in Lebanon, OH (50/50 joint venture). 

Our Online operations include our advanced deposit wagering (“ADW”) business, TwinSpires.com, the largest ADW platform in the U.S.; United Tote, a leading supplier of totalisator systems; and our Bloodstock Research and Information Services business which provides handicapping and breeding data and publications. 

We have launched our BetAmerica Sportsbook at our two Mississippi casino properties and have announced plans to enter additional U.S. real money online gaming and sports betting markets.

Derby City Gaming, the first historical racing machine (“HRM”) facility in Louisville, was opened in September 2018 with 900 HRM machines.
