Churchill Downs Incorporated Announces Proposed Offering of $400 Million of Senior Notes due 2027
CDI intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness.
The Notes will be offered in a private offering that is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of CDI and will be guaranteed by each of CDI’s domestic subsidiaries that guarantee its senior secured credit facility and its existing senior notes due 2028.
